Adobe Max Sessions Response
- Which session was the most valuable to you and why? Maybe not the most valuable session, but "Resources to Spark Creative Learning with Emerging Technologies" was the most interesting. I have an Alexa pod thing that sits on top of my fridge, and I generally only ask her what the weather or the date is but I do wonder how much she hears that I don't intend her too. And most of the time when I ask her a real question that I want to know the answer to immediately, is always when she gives me an answer that I know isn't true.
- What are takeaways that you may use in your art classroom? What programs/tools are you most interested in using? How are emerging technologies relevant to art educators? Why is it important to design for inclusivity? I'd love to end up in a K-6 classroom, so I don't know how realistic it is to be spending a ton of time using different computer software but I do like the idea of inclusivity being brought up in technology and the classroom. Showing students artists that they can relate to is just as important as showing them technology they can relate too, and I think the year and a half spent at home really affects students familiarity with technology as well.
